We follow our Vision and Mission, according to our Articles, Bylaws and Policies, to serve our VIP!s - people with a chronic Significant Physical Disability due to Development (PCSPDD)! The Need is Great! And we are "Focused!" *

We work diligently to promptly qualify and begin Services for VIP!s, as possible, to mutual expectations and successes!

VIP! Membership & Clientship Benefits!

1). Whether we qualify a VIP! with "Member (only)" status, or "Member" & "Client", or "Client (only)" status, aHAND4 Life! ® has a sincere, strong intention and motivation and compatible interest to use our Skills, Experience & Resources to make a REAL difference in the life of each VIP! - via "YOUR Life Plan! ™" - by our expertise and training, Innovation and Quality-mindedness.

2). VIP!s with "Member" and/or "Client" status BENEFIT from our offered and agreed to (Contractually) Programs and Sub-programs - with our Needs analysis, Service Plan, Metrics, etc. - i.e. YOUR Life Plan!.

3). VIP!'s with "Member" status BENEFIT by receiving for FREE, certain offerings available for FREE only to VIP!s who qualify for Member" status (e.g. THINGS!, and TeleSupport (we Note, where Federal or State Appropriations exist, aH4L! requires Agreement, and payment by Agency(s) and/or Payors for entitled Cost Recovery (as we qualify for "Vendor" status).

3). VIP!'s with "Member" status BENEFIT ALSO by knowing that their right and contribution to VOTE for our Directors helps us continue to define and deliver HIGH QUALITY, Charitable Living Support Programs ("Services") as mentioned above for all our VIP!s, special People with significant support needs to enable their living toward their full Independence. Their VOTING ALSO helps assure we offer the VERY BEST in THINGS! ("Goods") for VIP!s with "Member" status - i.e., VIP!s with demonstrated LOW Annual Income & Wealth.

Summary of VIP! Serviceship Requirements!

VS1) VIP! Registration & Acceptance:

"VS1) a) For VIP!'s Registering with intention ALSO to APPLY, we recommend you review our VIP!
Types and Qualifications and Process web pages to familiarize before Registering and Applying.

VS1) b) Then Register Online! - Please address our questions re: Qualifications & your Program Interests/Needs, and Affirm.

VS1) c) We confirm your VIP! Type, as possible to assign a Registration ID.

VS1) c) i) - First we reply with any questions we have - and interact to address as possible

VS1) c) ii) - Then we reply with our Recommendation TO: "Apply" or "NOT Apply"
NOTE: We include summary reasons. And please NOTE, accepting respectfully our regret in advance,
we will not accept or review Applications from individuals we have recommended to NOT Apply.
VS1) c) iii) - Then we reply with our Registration ID FOR THOSE Registrants wishing to become "Registered".

VS2-1) VIP!s designated for "Member" Status (Gold-1, Gold-2, Gold-3) - Apply & thru Acceptance:

a) Apply Online! - including Conflict of Interest Check, Ethics Agreement & supporting Documents.
b) We review your Documentation (vs. Requirements), you execute Membership Agreement, then we Nominate (as possible). `
c) VIP! submits Membership Dues, we Elect (as possible) - $36/Qtr ($192/yr) ($12/mo!)
Please NOTE: to accept a Directorship position, Member must commit to INCREASED Dues of $49.75/Qtr. or $199/Yr. (=$16.58/Mo.).**
d) We assign Member ID, hold "Kickoff TeleConference(s)" - finalize "YOUR Life Plan! ™" (define "Needs", "aH4L! Deliverables", Endpoints, Metrics, "Assumptions", Logistical details.

2b) VIP!s designated with "Client" Status (Gold-2, Gold-3, Silver) - Apply & thru Acceptance:

a) Apply Online! - as in a) above;
b) We review as in b) above, though for "Client" status, we must execute a separate Client Services Agreement (as possible) with Stakeholders. - and "Negotiate Rates" of the "Client Services Agreement" (Note, Gold-2 and Gold-3 execute both Membership and Clientship Agreements.
c) VIP! Stakeholder submits Services Fee Deposit to BEGIN, BI-monthly Payments (payment schedule) thereafter (arrears).

3) VIP! continues in "Good Standing" status per our Policies & Agreement(s).

** Please NOTE: aHAND4 ® Life! is aware our qualified low-income Members are on strict budgets. Our nominal Membership fee symbolizes a necessary committment we require of Members for their demonstration of "skin in the game", that they are finanicially serious and willing to participate actively with Program Leadership & Staff, i.e. to "take ownership" of their life and contribute their fare share, for greater self-reliance and benefit. Our Founding Ambassador, himself a low-income significantly physically disabled person and Member, has tested against his budget, and recommended this level of committment. Such was then unanimously approved by the Board of Directors.
